We do not use your email for marketing. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third party.
Third parties
Music previews are powered by Deezer. Using gigspin implies acceptance of Deezer's Terms of Service.
Account and data deletion
This section applies to the GigSpin app, published by GigSpin. If you would like to delete your GigSpin account and the data associated with it, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion of your account:
- Send an email to hello@gigspin.live from the email address linked to your GigSpin account.
- Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
- We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Data that will be deleted:
- Your account identifier and email address.
- Your saved shows and any preferences linked to your account.
- Authentication records tied to your account.
Data that may be retained:
- Anonymised, aggregated usage data that can no longer be associated with you.
- Records we are required to keep to comply with legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations. These are retained only for as long as required by applicable law (typically up to 24 months) and then permanently deleted.
After deletion, your account cannot be recovered. If you sign in again with the same email, a new empty account will be created.
